Skagit County Community Action Agency, One of TAG’s partners in the production of Christmas Carol is nearing completion of its new Skagit Family Development Center, a ten unit housing facility for homeless families. As a small part of the project TAG provided materials and labor to construct a retaining wall. It’s not that big but saved Skagit County Community Action Agency roughly $2000.
